By using Onward 24/7’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Onward 24/7 provides expedited shipping services including On-Board Courier (Hand Carry), Next Flight Out (NFO), Dedicated Ground Courier, AOG, and STAT Medical shipping on a 24/7 basis.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver shipments within the timeframes quoted. However, all delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, air traffic, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless a credit account has been approved. All rates are subject to change without notice. Fuel surcharges, accessorial fees, and taxes may apply.
Our liability for any lost, damaged, or delayed shipment is limited to the lesser of (a) the actual value of the shipment or (b) $100 per shipment unless you declare a higher value and pay the applicable valuation charge at the time of booking.
We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of profits, or indirect losses.
The following items are strictly prohibited: illegal substances, hazardous materials (unless properly declared and approved), live animals, perishables without proper packaging, and any item that violates federal, state, or local law.
All claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost shipments). Claims must include supporting documentation.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by acts of God, weather, strikes, government action, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lucas County, Ohio.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
